Patient Name
______________________________________ Date: ________________
Results for ultrasound at the calcaneus:
The bone density has _____ BUA units at the age of ____.
This represents a _______% current fracture risk.
RISK ZONES:
GREEN (Normal bone)
# Universal health recommendations: 1200 mg of calcium and Vitamin D 400 IU
daily with regular exercise. Limit alcohol intake (1 drink/day) and no smoking.
